SHIPPING POLICY
The delivery of the order will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. If one or more of the items you have ordered are out-of-stock or discontinued at the time of ordering, we will not be able to accept your order.
We will then inform you by email if this should be the case. Ledge Rock Hemp LLC ships with USPS Priority Mail.
International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country.
We ship from Wisconsin USA. We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).
Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
We do not ship to ID, OK, NE, SD.
SHIPPING: We ship all items usually within 1 business day of an order placement once the funds have cleared in our account. If there is a general delay happening on our end it will be clearly stated on our website. We ship through USPS, and packages can be tracked through their website. Orders over $1,000.00 will automatically be shipped via priority mail with a signature requirement unless otherwise specified. Orders under $1,000.00 will be shipped via first class, with no signature required. Overnight shipping is not an option on the website, but we can accommodate for this over the phone if need be. We can add or remove a signature requirement to packages upon request.
RETURNS: Under no circumstances will we accept a return of a product. Under special and agreeable circumstances, we will replace a product only.
SUBSCRIPTIONS: When purchasing products through the Subscription option, your card will be charged monthly for the product or products you have opted to receive for your Subscription. You may change, cancel or add to your subscription service at any time. Failed payments due to expired cards or insufficient funds may result in the cancellation of your subscription.
